Mr. Pradeep started his career as a practicing lawyer at Indore. Thereafter he joined Madhya Pradesh Financial Corporation (MPFC) & Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for about 5 years as a legal advisor. He progressed to join Dena Bank (Public Sector Bank) as a Senior Manager, Legal.

Mr. Ramnath Pradeep has served the banking industry for more than 37 years in various senior positions. His Chairmanship in Corporation Bank had brought numerous awards to the Bank. He has also served as Executive Director of Central Bank of India and was also appointed as Chief Vigilance Officer in State Bank of India and Bank of India. He has served in various departments but his passion lies in the legal department.

In addition, he has also been on the Boards of various Financial Services, Credit Committees, Risk Management, NPA Management and has been Chairman of Audit Committees of public and private limited companies.

After retirement from his successful banking career he was associated with law firms such as PDS Legal, Singhania & Co. as a Senior Partner. Presently, he is on Board of various companies in diverse fields such as Engineering, Finance, Credit Rating, Software, Retail etc. To add upon he actively works from his own Credit Risk Rating Company and a Law Firm.

Mrs. Bhura is a strict negotiator and upright with her arguments. She is detailed with her approach and precise with her reasoning’s. She had had an experience of arguing matters before investigation authorities, judicial & quasi judicial authorities, various tribunals and conducting arbitration proceedings.

Having considerable years of experience in Criminal and Civil Practice, gives her command over the subject. She started practicing in New Delhi for about 5 years after graduating in Law before moving to Mumbai.

She has to her credit a working experience in legal profession in Delhi and Mumbai with the required knowledge/ information of practice in Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi and Bombay and in leading Tribunals at Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad amongst others.

Her expertise lies in the matters related with criminal investigations, property/ family disputes, economic offences, insolvency and various company related issues.

Moreover, she has a passion for teaching. Whenever her schedule allows, she engages in taking guest lectures in various colleges.

Mr. Bulbulia is located in United Kingdom and provides his expertise in Residence & immigration Laws.

Manoj is head of AML & Forensics practice. Based in the UK, Manoj’s team provides expert financial crime prevention advisory and assurance services across the regulated sector and to UHNW clients both locally and globally through presence in Mumbai, New York, Singapore and Tokyo. He has significant experience relating to independent assessments of the effectiveness of financial crime systems and controls within financial institutions.

He has had a career long focus on investigating and preventing financial crime in all its forms, covering anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, market abuse, sanctions, unauthorised trading and fraud, as well as senior management impropriety.
