Our litigation practitioners focus primarily on civil and commercial litigation before the Courts of Justice and specialised tribunals. They are also active in family and employment disputes as well as in the Insolvency and company related matters in accordance with laws and regulations of the Land.

Mediation and arbitration are welcome alternatives to traditional litigation procedures and are encouraged by the firm whenever such encouragement is called for in the interest of a more expeditious determination of a dispute. We represent clients in both mediation and arbitration fora.

Although the firm also offers advice and assistance in criminal matters, major criminal cases are referred to top professionals in that particular area as we do not purport to be experts in the field.
